For Institutional Partners

For institutions, engagement is structured through DAO membership: predictable processes, member-driven decisions on proposed projects, and defined governance roles.

Leveraging Institutional Expertise

Access to proposed projects

DAO membership is required to receive information about projects proposed for consideration by the membership.

Voting on projects

Members may vote on whether a proposed project is of value, as determined by the membership in accordance with applicable DAO processes.

Opportunity to invest

When an approved project is implemented through an external vehicle (for example, an SPV), members may be offered the opportunity—but not the obligation—to invest in that vehicle.

Participation in governance

Members may participate in DAO governance and committees, including bodies that help guide the DAO and its projects.

The 🌎 Solidus DAO is not an investment fund. SOLID is a non-security utility token that grants governance rights only.
